Her mind tried to fight a bloody battle against what her body already knew. I didn’t find him all that appealing, not even before he started showing his true colors. No darling you do not! I expect a serious amount of fluff and aww-shucks-ain’t-that-sweet moments, drama is also requisite some jealousy-induced punching, some crying in the rainparties where everyone dresses up, non-graphic sex with dirrrrty talk You could have taken out chapters and finished the collidee in one lovable book.

gaol He talked a big game, but that was about it—all talk, no action. Goodreads helps you keep track of books you want to read.

I didn’t hate this book. Not only was she weak, but she was inconsistent. Popular covers see all 10 covers. She was very fickle, indecisive, and an all around pain in my ass. Dillon manipulated her at every turn because she allowed it.

We, as readers, are supposed to bu Okay, what the hell? Dec 23, Bookhooking Tanya Childress rated it it was amazing Shelves: Right at the end of the story Dillon raped Emily.

The story goes like this. Want to Read saving…. So what will Emily do? Gavin and Emily both feel an instant attraction, a spark right away. Drama There is mucho drama and a plethora of characters you will love to hate. I especially loved Olivia. Que buenos protagonistas y antagonista te sacaste, Gail.

The story When Emily’s Mum dies of cancer and she’s just finished college she decides to move to collise New York to be closer to her boyfriend Dillon and embark on a new journey and a fresh start. We would say Gavin is like a onion there’s many layers that needs to be peeled back. I enjoyed the story. This story kept me on the edge of my seat and completely held my attention.

Collide (Collide, #1) by Gail McHugh

Gaip didn’t understand what Emily saw in him. I loved all the characters in this story. View all 10 comments. And it gets worse from there.

Honestly, I’m sorry I spent the money Why am I so stupid? Life and love isn’t always simple.

While I had many issues with this book, the biggest annoyance for me was Emily herself. She might be dating his friend, but that doesn’t keep him from wanting her. Maybe I’ll come later to do it again I thought the heroine was an idiot for being so willfully blind to what a douchebag her boyfriend was. You did NOT choose the former Her boyfriend, I received an ARC copy from the author in exchange for an honest review Gavin does Battle Royale with his emotions. She’ll pull at your every instinct.

On the one hand we have Gavin.

Everyone could see Dillon for who he truly was, everyone but her. Deserves to be in there a couple times. My heart broke for him at times.

The over abundance of words stalled the story for me at times and I found some of the analogies a bit off putting too “he licked thorugh the sweet juices as if he were savoring a popsicle on a hot summer day”.

Collide (Collide, #1)

It’s steamy, heart breaking, intense, painful and explosive. Collide duet by Gail McHugh.

This book doesn’t even deserve a whole star from me. But upon moving into the post-college ‘real world’ and what is also Dillon’s world, things aren’t what Emily hopes they will be.

Return to Book Page. Everyone could see Dillon for who he truly was, everyone but her.
